-OSHA 10-hour certification and OSHA 30-hour certification required -Minimum of 10 years of construction site management experience required -Ability to travel locally as needed -Strong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives/projects to completion with a sense of urgency -Electrical design and construction experience preferred -Advanced proficiency in detailed reporting -Advanced knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes -High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred -Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop positive business relationships -Knowledge of multi-prime contracts required -Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors -An articulate and persuasive communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences -Advanced knowledge of construction industry laws, regulations, policies, and practices -Advanced proficiency in accurate reading and comprehension of construction plans and documents
