Tasks

You will be responsible for designing, developing and optimising AI pipelines that bring intelligent agent based systems to life, from research through to real world deployment. This includes working across both AI development and cloud infrastructure, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable and cost effective.

What You Bring

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building advanced multi agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar. *Please note this role requires Security Clearance You should be equally comfortable experimenting in a Jupyter Notebook as you are configuring cloud infrastructure with Terraform, with the ability to turn cutting edge AI concepts into reliable, production ready systems that perform well even in challenging or resource limited environments. Oxford based -Familiarity with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB/ELB, CloudFront, ECR/ECS,Elastic Beanstalk, Control Tower). -Solid CI/CD engineering with GitHub Actions and/or Argo CD. -Commercial experience delivering LangGraph or equivalent agentic AI projects -MOD Security Clearance (or ability to obtain). -Strong grasp of multi-agent orchestration, memory, and tool integration. -with more than four agents in production. -Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Terraform Cloud, CloudFormation) and expertise incontainerisation (Docker, Docker Compose). -Proficiency in Python for AI development and Bash/Go for automation.
