Overview
Manage FX risk, hedging, derivative accounting, and automation for North American ops.

Tasks
-Manage and reconcile cash flows in foreign currency accounts, implementing foreign exchange contracts while optimizing financial performance. -Identify foreign exchange risks and exposures, advise internal partners on hedging strategies and accounting practices to align with business objectives. -Support supervisory duties by assisting with daily team operations and task prioritization; mentoring junior analysts; addressing workflow challenges and serving as a point of contact for partner concerns and issue resolution. -Lead month-end processes, including calculating and recording derivative fair values and conducting general ledger reviews, to ensure compliance with accounting, treasury, and corporate foreign exchange policies, including IFRS and internal accounting guidelines. -Drive process efficiencies by implementing automation solutions and collaborating with cross-functional international teams to enhance operational workflows and support strategic goals.

What You Bring
-Over 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a large enterprise environment with FX accounting experience. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and ERP systems, with strong analytical and technical accounting skills for operational improvement and problem resolution. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying complex information and facilitating effective meetings. Skilled in collaborating with key stakeholders & other teams to drive effective solutions or resolutions. -High integrity, dedicated, and resourceful, with a focus on achieving goals independently and within teams. Occasional travel may be required. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and/or Canada without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
