Tasks

-Identifying and implementing specific lean projects -Engaging with all levels of the business to identify improvement opportunities, champion and implement national initiatives ensuring the use of Continuous Improvement tools to enable business improvements -Updating the regional team on current performance versus targets -Maintaining an effective awareness of the current best practices in development and in use -Providing technical guidance to Regional Management around the use of appropriate tools and techniques -Promoting the use of data to drive challenging performance conversations within line management. Coach and facilitate where necessary, dashboard reviews at all levels of the business -Working on the delivery of targeted projects and recommendations for efficiency improvement and through the regional managers, implement sustainable improvements within the regional businesses -Working closely with the regional team using a coaching style to ensure leadership behaviours are always exhibited
