Tasks
-Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk: Oversee adherence to all federal, state, and local EHS and ESG regulations, analyze potential impacts on operations, and proactively manage risks across all sites. You'll maintain robust systems to ensure ongoing certification and compliance with ISO standards. -Cultivate a Culture of Excellence: Serve as a positive mentor, trainer, and primary point of contact for all EHS and ESG matters, fostering a proactive and engaged safety culture across all locations. You'll lead incident reporting processes, conduct thorough investigations, and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement. Actively champion the use of EHS leading indicators and behavior-based safety initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate risks. -Strategic Growth Partner: Collaborate with leadership to integrate EHS and ESG strategies into our high-growth trajectory, ensuring sustainable expansion and operational excellence. -Optimize Operations & Documentation: Coordinate behavior-based safety and ergonomic improvement activities across all sites. Manage EHS/ESG documentation, vendor contracts, and permit administration, applying appropriate retention rules and ensuring alignment with ISO requirements. -Lead EHS & ESG and ISO Management Systems: Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS and ESG programs and processes. You'll have specific ownership of our ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) management systems.

What You Bring
-Ideally 7+ years of experience leading safety and/or environmental systems in a manufacturing setting. -Respectful and team oriented -Innovative & adaptable -Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Safety, or Environmental field required.
