Tasks

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll guide projects from early design through completion — managing GCs, design teams, budgets, and schedules — to ensure every project delivers excellence in quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. -Maintain and monitor project logs (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, PCOs). -Manage the GMP process and ensure costs align with project goals. -Ensure successful project turnover, including punch lists, O&M manuals, warranties, and lien releases. -Lead diverse, large-scale projects that shape skylines and communities across the Southeast. -Select, direct, and manage project consultants, engineers, and architects. -Oversee schedule performance and quality control for all field activities. -Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and drive issue resolution. -Oversee GC bidding and selection, evaluating proposals and finalizing contracts. -Coordinate third-party inspections and service providers. -Review and approve contractor pay applications, change orders, and closeout deliverables. -Lead design and design-build coordination to achieve complete, buildable plans and accurate budgets. -Review documents for constructability, completeness, and coordination. -Identify and communicate project risks and mitigation strategies early in the process. -Oversee permitting processes, tracking progress until full approval.
