The Role

Overview

Prepare management accounts, oversee audits, statutory reporting, cash flow and AP.

Tasks

-Oversee AP/Expense, including payment, coding, vendor reviews and queries resolutions. -MI production in line with Company requirements and deadlines -Balance Sheet review of all entities within EFC remit including queries resolutions. -Oversee intercompany reconciliations and offset proposal and communications in relation to all intercompany correspondence. -Annual audit for McLarens companies including audit file with support.

What You Bring

-Must be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and therefore will have worked in a similar role -Successful candidates will be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with demonstrable operational management accounts, audit, team management, statutory reporting, accounts payable, expense and business acumen. -Flexibility is a must as working in a busy finance team with ERP go-live. -MI reporting ie. billing report, client financial, bonus reports, -Data accuracy -Must have the confidence to deal with finance and non-financial people at all levels and have great communication skills -Able to produce information of high quality to strict deadlines and will have a flexible attitude in order to ensure deadlines are consistently met -‘Hands on’ experience and knowledge of the audit process -Must have experience of dealing with confidential data and be trustworthy -Management accounts to be produced within 4 working days of the month end. -Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience of using accounting software
