-Provide amazing customer support while learning to assist clients with troubleshooting software concerns. -Assists in the support of client software installation and configuration. -Partner with Technical Account Management team during client training sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality. -Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products and services.

What You Bring

-Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or General Business. -Experience in Property Management Software Solutions -Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Essential customer service skills and commitment to go the extra mile. -Intellectual curiosity and the ability research and learn new concepts. -Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities comfortably. -Database or data warehouse courses as well as exposure to SQL and/or MS Access -Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
