-Managing cost control and financial aspects of key projects -Providing expert advice on contractual claims and final accounts -Identify, notify and price change -Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success -Conducting new award / contract reviews

What You Bring

-Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline -Proven experience in quantity surveying, minimum 3+ years post-degree experience -Must have NEC3/4 contract experience -Excellent communication and negotiation abilities -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
