Tasks

The Work Winning Manager will coordinate and input to pursuits, develop bids with proposal teams, and support client-specific BD activities. They will also work closely with Portfolio and Business Development leadership to design and embed work winning frameworks, knowledge management, upskilling, and client-centric strategies that increase win rates and operational confidence. The Work Winning Manager oversees pursuit and bid support needs in the Digital Portfolio in the UKIMEA region, while also partnering with Portfolio Leads to shape and implement long-term work winning strategies. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement, and performance insight and analysis. -Guide pursuit strategy, scheduling, compliance, and document production -Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and MCBD colleagues to deliver winning submissions -Drive client engagement planning and prepositioning for strategic opportunities -Promote structured use of CRM and bid lifecycle tools to enhance pipeline visibility -Supervise team members and contribute to talent development and succession planning -Lead proposal management and bid coordination across Digital teams in UKIMEA

If you bring global perspective, deep market insight, and a commitment to excellence, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a values-driven organisation. -APMP certification (desirable) -Strong understanding of procurement practices and digital delivery propositions -Proven success leading multidisciplinary pursuit teams across geographies -Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment -Embed knowledge management and insights reporting to inform future pursuits -Experience in pipeline development, prepositioning, and stakeholder engagement -Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field -Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities -Inclusive leadership style with high integrity and professionalism -Proficiency in marketing and BD systems
