Tasks

-Report risks or delays and contribute to solutions in real time. -Ensure timely dissemination of approved design documents to relevant stakeholders. -Organize and lead technical coordination meetings. -Coordinate the preparation, submission, and approval of engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines. -Ensure strict adherence to client-approved design standards and procedures. -Support interface management between design, procurement, and construction phases. -Track all design submissions and ensure timely review cycles. -Serve as the interface between the Owner’s Engineering Team, EPC contractors, and design consultants.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in engineering tools and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD). -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -EPC environments in the power transmission and distribution sector. -Proven background working with utility or infrastructure clients. -15+ years of experience in: -PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. -Previous experience working on substation, transmission, or distribution design projects. -Strong communication and leadership skills. -Deep knowledge of industry-standard specifications, codes, and project workflows. -Experience in synchronous condensers or thermal power plants is mandatory
