The Role

Overview

Assemble and test oil & gas equipment, lead team, ensure quality, safety, and documentation.

Tasks

-Ensure, correct equipment and tools availability and are validated to perform the scope of work -Support / carry out assembly/testing activities across work cells. -Input labor hours accurately into Labor Tracking System (MES & Inteserv). -Assists others during assembly of components in area of expertise -Maintaining and storing all the records as per the procedures and requirements. -Upkeep the 5s in workplace. -Accountable to record, complete and store the necessary checklist or documentation related to his work scope. -Work closely with workshop leader / supervisor in the planning of jobs, highlight issues and set the pace to meet the delivery on time or a head. -Ensure the availability of risk assessment and work instruction -Adheres to all work processes, assembly and testing procedures. -Preparation and conducting Final Inspection products. -Uses material handling equipment to move components, subassemblies and assemblies between work areas -Ensure to understand the provided work task and activity plan -Preparation and upkeep of procedures throughout the process of assembly and FAT.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years in oil and gas equipment assembly and hydrostatic testing -Required managerial skills: -Effective written and verbal English language communication skills -Understands and follows all safety requirements and procedures -Required technical skills and/or problem-solving skills: -Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills -Mechanical Aptitude -Required certificate(s): -Ability to read, understand and follow written specifications with no supervision -Minimum of 1 year leadership experience -Ability to teach/coach others -High School or Vocational School -Required interpersonal skills:
