Tasks

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company and project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for all stakeholders. -Ensure that document numbering, revision control, and formatting are followed according to company/project standards. -Ensure that all documents are properly filed, stored, and accessible when needed. -Generate reports on document status and communicate to the relevant stakeholders. -Review documents for accuracy and completeness before distributing. -Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation. -Control issuance, distribution, and receipt of all project-related documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, etc.). -Archive and maintain historical records of documentation for future reference. -Prepare and update document registers, logs, and trackers. -Maintain and manage all important documents for the company and projects. -Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants for document submissions and approvals.
