Tasks

-Optimization of current robotic welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality. -Provide general programming and engineering support to robotic welding operations. -Follow defined weld schedules. -Work with customers and the business team as needed to transfer new products to the robotic welding equipment. -Partner with the maintenance staff to define proper preventative maintenance schedules and ensure reliable operations. -Provide training and documentation to ensure proficiency of welding team. -Increase robotic weld utilization by transitioning manual welding operations to the robotic cells. -Fixture design to facilitate productive and flexible welding of production parts.
