Candidate should have proven minimum 12 plus years of relevant experience as a Contracts Procurement Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a Renewable Industry & must have handled 200 crores plus purchase or more.
Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation techniques, ensuring that contracts are comprehensive, legally sound, and aligned with business objectives.
Familiarity with tendering terms and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) are preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of legal and commercial terms commonly used in contracts.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and regulations.
Proficient in using procurement tools, contract management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

B.E /M. Tech (Electrical) and an MBA (Finance / Supply Chain Management) or in a related field.
