Tasks

-Assist the Land Development Managers with the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to construction of subdivision lots -Assist in the bond release process -Learn and understand the land development process and the schedule. -Shadow pre-construction meetings, site walk throughs, inspections, and project supervision trips -Assist with invoice coding and cost management -Help schedule minor scopes of work and oversee the work as it is being completed -Help ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures. -Learn how to create a good open working relationship with the homebuilding construction team at your job site – communicate with them as needed for a unified Arbor front.

What You Bring

-Predictive Index Training -Remote Work is not available - must be located in Indianapolis, IN* -Sense of urgency and proactiveness -2 years Collegiate course work (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Grade Level) -Construction Management/Real Estate Development major preferred -Ability to follow direction -Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals -High School Diploma -Communication and follow up -Interest in the field side of construction. Need to be comfortable being on job sites and working with contractors
