Clerical support for Bill of Materials, assisting engineering and manufacturing departments

Tasks

-Follows policies and procedures for all job functions to ensure maximum efficiency. -Creates and codes manufacturing part numbers. -Works closely with the Electrical Drafting and Line Support departments to guarantee a set amount of jobs are processed out of engineering each day. -Confirms and assigns Coil parts for Order Processing. -Routes parts for Manufacturing Operation Processing. -Reviews Engineering Coil Orders for Coil Processing daily. -Work requires periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. -Updates and maintains Engineering Departments Tracker files. -Files completed job folders and Engineering Change Notices. -Creates job folder packets for new customer units. -Processes Engineering Change Notices through Engineering.

-Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. -Works effectively in a team environment. -Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. -Ability to lift up to 50lbs. -Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities, attention to detail and organizational skills. -Ability to sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours. -Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. -Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. -Minimum of 0-1 year of bill of materials experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
