You will mentor a skilled maintenance team, maintain and enhance a preventive maintenance program, and collaborate closely with departments to uphold plant safety and product quality standards. -Provide leadership, coaching, and development for maintenance staff. -Conduct root cause analyses on equipment failures or incidents to minimize safety hazards and prevent recurrence. -Oversee and maintain an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program that prioritizes equipment safety and operational reliability. -Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both safety performance and production efficiency. -Manage maintenance budgets, equipment inventories, and capital projects .
