Oversee growth, profitability and safety of solid surface installations in N England/Midlands.

Tasks
-Represent your region at regional board and factory service meetings, providing updates and insights on performance and progress. -Host and participate in staff and builder forums, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. -Liaise with factory teams to track and manage KPIs for template and installation performance. -Implement effective reporting systems to monitor compliance, cost control, and performance metrics, while reviewing customer feedback and addressing any issues. -Support Area and Depot Managers in promoting the fitting service, educating teams on new products and processes, and building confidence across the sales network. -Lead and support the growth and profitability of solid surface installations across your region. -Take responsibility for all health and safety aspects of the regional solid surface fitting operation, ensuring full compliance with company and legislative standards. -Manage fitting teams through the Installation Manager, ensuring a professional, consistent, and safe installation service.
