Develop and maintain Cost and Resource loaded project schedules for large water/wastewater projects utilizing Primavera P6 in accordance with company procedures, project specifications, and industry best practices.
Manage and develop junior project schedulers.
Plan the pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities at the project site using industry best practices and insight from project team members.
Monitor and adjust schedules to align with project requirements and deadlines.
Review project changes for impacts and assist in preparing change notices as required by contract.
Analyze scheduling data to identify areas for process improvement.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, specifications, aerial photography, or other topographical or geological data.
Identify and anticipate schedule risks; assist in developing and implementing mitigations.
Prepare and manage cost and resource loaded schedules for use in invoice generation.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to scheduling coordinators and project team members.
Prepare Time Impact Analysis and associated narratives and reports.
Communicate schedule changes and updates to all project stakeholders and suggest action when necessary.
Contribute to improving scheduling practices at MWH.
Estimate durations, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

Proficiency with construction management software (Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, etc.)
Experience in development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating, analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.
Working knowledge of other scheduling software (MS Project, Asta, NetPoint, etc.)
Experience with Lean Construction or Last Planner System
Experience with Cost and Resource loaded schedules.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience.
Experience scheduling 2 or more water or wastewater treatment plant projects and ability to provide personal references from owner representatives as such.
Expert level experience utilizing Primavera P6.
Experience with 4D scheduling software.
Certifications such as: Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)
Experience scheduling projects over $100 million.
Minimum 10 years verifiable experience in construction work sequencing, productivity, and scheduling as well as preparing and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
