Tasks

-Collaborate with IT team members to design and implement process improvements and automation solutions. -Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards. -Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and new technology deployments. -Analyze user needs and consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. -Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions. -Provide Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III technical support, including advanced problem-solving and systems analysis. -Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications. -Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

What You Bring

-Advanced technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and network technologies. -Must have specific vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, programming, or systems design. -Minimum of 2 years technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and network technologies. -Advanced technical Certifications include CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals/ 900 Series, Network+ -Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. -Familiarity with help desk operations or ticketing systems. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Fluent in English and Spanish -Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance in varying conditions. -Strong customer-focused with a proactive, helpful and team-oriented mindset. -B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent years of experience. -Effective time management, task prioritization and strong initiative skills.
