Tasks
-Review and approve submittals prepared by internal teams and third-party vendors -Ensure all submittals comply with engineering specifications, local codes, and company installation standards and practices -Ensure all submittals comply with engineering specifications, local codes, and company installation standards and practices. -Lead the development of project-specific submittal packages, including drawings, BOMs, and compliance documentation specific to each project -Track submittal status and maintain organized records -Coordinate with procurement and fabrication teams to align submittals with equipment orders -Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity -Attend customer meetings to support submittal discussions, rejections and approvals -Provide support through all phases of the project, including closeout, by ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant -Maintain accurate records of submittal status and approvals throughout the project lifecycle -Provide technical support to sales and project teams during pre-sale and execution phases -Lead the development of project-specific submittal packages, including drawings, BOMs, and compliance documentation specific to each project. -Respond to customer feedback and coordinate revisions to ensure timely approval

What You Bring
-1 - 2 years of experience in industrial power systems or generator applications -Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience -Strong understanding of technical literature, document control, submittal processes and project documentation standards -Knowledge of generator control systems and interconnection requirements -Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software
