Overview

Manage overdue payments, reconcile accounts and maintain customer relations.

Tasks

-Liaising with customers regularly to understand their individual circumstances -Proactively chasing overdue payments via all communication methods and collecting any outstanding payments -Maintaining accurate and up to date information on accounts -Sending reminders for upcoming payments -Ensuring accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are investigated -Resolving any issues with unallocated payments or outstanding queries
