Coordinate sales orders, quotes, and project management for Southern region customers.

Tasks

-Project managing and tracking these projects through the sales process -Receiving and processing orders to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations -Quoting and then following up on those to close the deal -Work in close partnership with Territory Managers from across the region and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction -Liaising with suppliers

-Good computer and Excel skills essential -Strong administration skills -Pride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skills -Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently -The ability and experience to manage a high workload with multiple priorities -Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs -Proven record in relationship building/management -Excellent communication verbal & written -Our preferred candidate will have great technical knowledge and experience -Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing priorities
