Senior boiler technician handling service, maintenance, and upgrades of commercial/industrial boiler systems.

Tasks

-Execute advanced control system upgrades and retrofits. -Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner -Notify Team Leader or Safety Manager of any unsafe conditions -Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files. -Lead expert-level service, maintenance, and upgrades of boiler systems in complex environments. -Be knowledgeable with the products and services offered by Brady and become effective in the sales of those products and services. -Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. -Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers. -Immediately address any customer’s concern and requests the involvement of other Company personnel as required -Report all accidents and injuries to your Team Leader and HR immediately -Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact. -Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships -Follow all company safety programs and report any non-compliance to your Team Leader -Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company -Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively -Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repairs and maintenance service. -Provide coaching & guidance to other technicians on boiler repairs. -Maintains tools and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. -Inspect vehicles by checking vehicle condition and literature supplies. -Answer customer calls and correspondence quickly and pleasantly -Keeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. -Improve personal performance on a continual basis -Provides technical support to customers. -Provide responsive, professional and diplomatic customer service -Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of 3-parameter trim systems and O2 trim controls. -Ability to prove US employment eligibility -Demonstrates a strong knowledge of burner setup. -Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with analog circuits and transmitters -Demonstrates a strong knowledge of combustion management on dual fuel systems -Ability to pass drug screening -Demonstrates a strong knowledge of working on 3-element feedwater systems, parallel positioning controls. -Proper PPE equipment must be used at all times when necessary
