Tasks
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to -day management and on-site staff and property. -Ensures units are decent, safe and sanitary. -Interaction with tenant; including rent collection, lease administration, annual recertifications and tenant retention. -Weekly/Monthly reporting to corporate headquarters. -Documents and reports all deficiencies, prioritize repairs and follow-up with appropriate personnel to ensure the timely completion of all repairs. -Conducts timely property inspections, including move-in, exit and housekeeping in accordance with established standards. -Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports, including but not limited to rent rolls, rent adjustments, tenant list, delinquency reports, list of vacant units and transfer requests. -HR/Payroll management of site personnel. -Maintains a high level of continued occupancy by leasing property in a timely manner. -Maintains well-documented tenant files and related documentation regarding application intake, tenant recertification and continuing eligibility in accordance with policies and procedures.

What You Bring
-Strong interpersonal skills required. -Excellent verbal and written skills. -LIHTC certified. Will train if needed. -Ability to manage a property budget and ensure compliance with budgetary concerns. -Knowledge of Section 8 -Proficient in Yardi, MS Excel and Word, Outlook. Bookkeeping, A/P, A/R and Budgets. -Knowledge of local and federal laws. -College degree helpful. 3-5 years in Residential Real Estate Property Management, with at least 1-year supervisory capacity -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work with attention to detail. -Attendance, punctuality and a strong consistent work ethic are essential. -Knowledge of building maintenance
