Manage instrumentation project delivery, coordination, reporting, and compliance.

Tasks

-Manage change orders and variations related to instrumentation scope. -Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, civil) to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems. -Arrange weekly and monthly project meetings, prepare project reports and take necessary action if required. -Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for instrumentation deliverables. -Ensure seamless workflow in the project to avoid delays. -Lead and manage instrumentation and control aspects of projects from initiation to close-out. -Coordinating management review meetings and ensuring closure of open points. -FEED verification -Participate in HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and other safety reviews. -Participate in implementation of Lesson Learnt from previous projects. -Prepare and review project documentation, including scope of work, technical specifications, data sheets, P&IDs, loop diagrams, cause & effect matrices, functional design specifications (FDS), and control philosophies. -Ensure proper inputs on time to concerned departments to enable on time issue of deliverables. -Issue the Engineering deliverables as per the project schedule within Controlled Man-hours allocated. -Ensure Error free deliverables to Customer -Monitor project cost control. -Participation in IDC meetings and vendor review meetings. -Expediting of projects deliverables with interdisciplinary functions to meet targets and schedules. -Regularly inform the Senior Project Engineer on the status of the project and engineering activities. -Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC, NEC, API). -Shall be aware of Quality Procedures -Coordination of model reviews and ensuring closure of open points.
