Tasks

-Serve as the primary contact for project communication and stakeholder management -Manage site logistics, including access, material storage, deliveries and equipment -Manage the preparation of final as-builts and closeout documentation -Attend all required safety trainings and meetings -Lead project coordination meetings and facilitate issue resolution -Oversee procurement, vendor management, and material ordering -Develop and adjust project schedules, coordinating across all trades and phases -Regular team member feedback surveys to drive workplace improvements -Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards -Oversee subcontractor work and maintain site documentation, including RFI's, daily reports, and safety records -Conduct safety orientations and training for site personnel -Oversee punch list completion and final project inspections -Track and report on costs, including labor and materials

What You Bring

-Microsoft Office Suite experience and construction management software programs -Valid Drivers license -Experience in construction layout, plan, and shop drawing readings -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related degree preferred -4+ years of experience in construction management or related occupation
