Junior Design Secretary

Assist director in furniture design, vendor coordination, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and material lists. -Report daily to the Director’s residence at 9:30 AM and assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and project management. -Research design trends, materials, and finishes to contribute fresh ideas. -Coordinate furniture photoshoots, styling, and visual storytelling. -Maintain organized documentation of orders, designs, and vendor details. -Prepare 2D and 3D models in SketchUp and Rhino for presentations and production. -Handle correspondence professionally and ensure timely responses. -Support the Director in developing furniture concepts aligned with Aldecor’s brand identity. -Handle communications and order tracking via WhatsApp, WeChat, and Outlook. -Assist in planning and creating engaging design content for Instagram and digital platforms. -Liaise with vendors, artisans, and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries. -Follow up on furniture stock orders and manage production timelines. -Represent Aldecor’s creative aesthetic across all brand communications. -Coordinate with the accounts team for purchase orders and payments.

What You Bring

Preferred background: Architecture / Interior Design -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. -Strong sense of design, organization, and ownership. -Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, and AutoCAD; rendering skills are an advantage. -Flexibility required for events, shoots, or project deadlines.
