Tasks
-Client Engagement: Support client-facing discussions with financial insights, including NOI analysis, budgeting, and investment strategy alignment. -Data Partnerships: Liaise with external data providers (including REalyse) to strengthen research capabilities and embed insights into the wider business strategy. -Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing analysis and strategy development, collaborating with internal teams to optimise project profitability. -Financial Modelling: Develop, review, and refine project financial models to support decision-making and investment appraisals. -Commercial Analysis: Evaluate current and prospective developments, integrating financial and non-financial metrics to provide actionable insights. -Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research across the Build to Rent (BTR), Co-Living, and Single Family Rental (SFR) sectors, ensuring data integrity and strategic relevance.
