-Perform regular maintenance activities for non-ERP applications, such as applying patches and upgrades, monitoring performance, and ensuring system stability and availability. -Create and maintain documentation for non-ERP applications, including user guides, system configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. -Analyze business requirements for non-ERP applications, understanding user needs and translating them into system specifications and configurations. -Configure and customize non-ERP applications to meet specific business requirements, including setting up workflows, user interfaces, reports, and data integrations. -Coordinate and participate in the implementation of non-ERP applications, including installation, testing, data migration, and user training. -Provide ongoing support for non-ERP applications, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving application-related problems in a timely manner.
