Tasks
-Liaise with municipal authorities, transit agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards. -Lead and manage traffic and transit construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress. -Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements. -Resolve construction-related issues and provide technical guidance to the project team. -Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments. -Implement and oversee traffic management plans to ensure public safety and minimal disruption to transit operations. -Monitor project performance, budget, and schedule, providing timely reports and updates to senior management.

Amico Affiliates is seeking an experienced Traffic and Transit Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of traffic and transit infrastructure components on the ECWE-SRS project. The successful candidate will ensure all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and regulatory requirements. -Extensive experience managing traffic and transit construction projects, preferably in the GTA or large-scale infrastructure projects. -Proven leadership and team management skills. -Strong knowledge of traffic management, transit operations, and construction safety protocols. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. -Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation practices.
