-Provides risk management and issue resolution leadership -Perform constructability and biddability reviews -Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members -Review programs for conformance with Department standards -Serves as point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects -Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures

What You Bring

-Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus -Must have the ability to interact with various teams and have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills -PE License is preferred -Bachelor's degree in related field -A minimum of 2 years of project management experience -A minimum of 7 years of major road and bridge construction experience
