Tasks

-Effectively manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing. -Preparing, locating, and compiling information and documents. -Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market. -Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required. -Execute successfully Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance. -Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income. -Frequently sit, stand and walk.

What You Bring

-Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software. -Think creatively and go way beyond the box by conceptualizing new ideas to improve the business. -Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required. -Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary. -Regularly required to talk or hear. -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. -Multi-Family experience preferred. -Professional verbal and written communication. -Thrive in a team environment. -Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. -Travel up to 10% of the time. -Must be available holidays, nights, and weekends. -Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. -Must be bilingual.
