The Role
Overview
Support renewable project analysis, valuation, and investment decisions.

Tasks
-Support developing quantitative and qualitative analyses of investment opportunities and effectively communicate results. -Support other members of the I&V team as required, including quality control reviews -Support investment decision processes, preparation of papers and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors at RWECE -Collect and ensure completeness as well as validity of inputs to investment decisions, especially those inputs that are key to valuation results -Support internal ad-hoc projects with direct senior management involvement -Support on identifying and implementing improvements to our investment processes and valuation models, including the use of digital solutions

What You Bring
-Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams -Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar university degree and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026. -Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables -Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships -Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable -Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts -Strong leadership, communication, and ability to meet deadlines -Knowledge of valuation methodologies (especially DCF) and financial modeling (Excel) -Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space -Ability to multi-task while working independently and as part of a team -Communication and presentation skills -Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
