Installing permanent overhead line tower foundations
Create site operation methods
Managing Utility diversions
Installing all temporary works, haul roads, drainage, compounds
Ensure ITPs are followed and reported
Clearing the way of all constraints to allow the new overhead lines to be built.
Raising NCRs and close out
Work on one of the most significant energy upgrades in UK history
Set Section engineer daily / weekly tasks
Requirements
5+ years
hse

Circa 5+ years delivery infrastructure projects
HSE management and leadership capabilities
Quality management expertise and attention to technical detail
Design & Build experience
Track record of delivering major infrastructure projects (Power, Electricifcation, Civils, Rail, Highways, Wastewater or similar)
Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation
Good understanding of project delivery lifecycle – scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualification, including apprenticeship routes, and on-the-job experience
Understand setting out data
Effective contractor management and construction knowledge
GIS Mapping
National Grid Projects experience
Temporary Works Knowledge
