Tasks

-Recommend updates to training materials based on emerging technologies, field requirements, and best practices. -Document student progress and maintain accurate training records in compliance with military and organizational requirements. -Assist in the preparation of training schedules, lesson plans, and evaluation tools. -Follow established training curricula to ensure alignment with DoD training objectives. -Collaborate with other instructors, training coordinators, and military personnel to ensure seamless delivery of training programs. -Assess student performance through written tests, practical evaluations, and oral reviews. -Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, supporting their professional growth.

What You Bring

-Ability to pass a background check. -Familiarity with Navy construction protocols and Seabee operations (preferred). -Ability to use training aids, multimedia tools, and simulation technologies effectively. -Minimum 5 years of related experience. -Shall have a broad knowledge and experience in construction planning and estimating, project execution, and project management. In addition, instructor shall have a working knowledge of tool repair and maintenance of hand and power tools including carpentry shop equipment. -In-depth knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and safety standards. -Previous teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
