Customer Success Associate

Overview

Assist customers through scheduling, communication, and order management using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders -Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms -Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs -Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support -Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency -Review sold jobs daily and create production orders

What You Bring
