-Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied properties -Providing high levels of customer care at all times -Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, plastering etc
