Tasks

-Proactively communicate any risk factors that arise during the project to on-site personnel and upper management to ensure timely action is taken. -Forecast the project from a schedule perspective, aligning schedule performance with cost and manhour projections. -Drive the change management process, documenting scope changes or unforeseen issues affecting the schedule, and managing the incorporation of fragments and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) as needed. -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment between the project schedule and its associated milestones. -Monitor and track schedule progress, ensuring that subcontractor and owner reporting requirements are met. -Establish baseline schedules, draft narratives, and conduct variance, float, and delay analyses. -Lead planning and scheduling efforts for the project and assist the project team in developing detailed project schedules. -Supervise and mentor Planning & Scheduling team members to ensure project goals are met.

-Prior industrial experience; including automotive, mission-critical (data centers), and clean energy projects. -5+ years of experience in Planning & Scheduling within the engineering or construction industry. -Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field is required. -Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer). -Basic proficiency with Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, and Box. -Strong ability to manage and communicate work effectively with all team members. -Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional for project scheduling. -Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
