Tasks

-Oversee supplier performance monitoring, including regular reviews against contractual terms and key performance factors. -Analyze current procurement workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to enhance efficiencies. -Support Finance Management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to procurement activities. -Lead contract negotiations with new and existing vendors to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service levels. -Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies or automation tools to streamline the procure-to-pay lifecycle. -Lead projects to implement new procurement systems and processes, driving adoption across the organization. -Maintain a central supplier database to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. -Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices. -Prepare and present quarterly reports on supplier performance, cost savings, and key procurement metrics. -Maintain meticulous procurement records for audit and reporting purposes. -Develop and execute procurement strategies for identifying, selecting, and managing key suppliers. -Establish and manage a consistent tender process, including developing an evaluation criteria and approval authority matrix.
