Tasks

-Prepare plans and provide for the implementation of special administrative projects -Assist Property Manager in preparing initial and follow-up correspondence on all matters relating to the property being managed. -Assist Property Manager with the Processing of all forms of tenant recertification, including verification, certification, annual and interim re-certification, and maintain leases as needed -Maintain records in a timely, accurate, and organized manner -Abide by all HUD management, 4350 & LIHTC guidelines

-Experience with Yardi is helpful -Administrative experience required -Be a Good Communicator: Value excellent communication and collaboration; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, verbally and in writing -Project-based Section 8 experience helpful -Computer literacy required -Prior experience in property management helpful
