What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a commercial construction project manager and sales experience in commercial construction services. Previous hands-on experience in the trades (ex. carpenter) is preferred but not necessary. This role requires someone with the drive to seek out new business (hunter mentality) and the ability to foster a positive relationship with customers through a longer sales process that can take several months or more.

The sales territory is only in northern and eastern Wisconsin, including Door County and the Fox Valley, so travel has very few overnights per year.
