-Reporting for Drilling Services portfolio activities -Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement -Supervising good practices for BHA Handling and making up -Developing proficiency for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.

-Demonstrating Knowledge over Collision Avoidance Practices and relation with MWD Activities -Be a good communicator and be fluent in English. -Demonstrating knowledge over Hydraulics and Torque & Drag Simulations -Completing advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs. -Be a good team player and display good communication skills. -Demonstrating Knowledge over Wellbore Placement -Developing proficiency required for the delivery of Directional Drilling services at the well site -Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and previous experience in drilling services (Measuring while Drilling/Directional Drilling/ Logging while drilling) is preferred. -Demonstrating knowledge of activities/technologies related to well construction like Hydraulic Expandable Reamers, Circulation Sub -Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or diploma.
