The Role
Overview
Identify and pursue specialty leasing opportunities, manage leads and marketing for shopping centers.

Tasks
-Support marketing Directors as needed for regional events. -Provide recap reports to clients. -Prepare license agreements through Salesforce. -Assist department with marketing projects as needed. -Initiate and track leads. -Respond to inquiries. -Assist Director on national platforms, including new opportunities, and coordination with property management. -Client outreach through phone, Teams, and in person meetings. -Identify new business opportunities through common area activations, short-term leases, sponsorships, and advertising. -Prepare and distribute marketing & sales packages.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry related experience preferable; or equivalent experience -Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) -2-3 years of retail or shopping center marketing experience -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work weekends as required. -2-3 years of sales experience preferable
