-Collaboration with senior architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders. -Preparation of working drawings (WD), municipal drawings (MD), sale plans, and presentation drawings. -Support in design coordination and preparation of technical documentation. -Participation in site visits, assisting in execution coordination, and ensuring design intent is maintained.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an architectural firm in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, with a solid understanding of design development, detailing, and local approval processes. -Understanding of UDCPR norms, local development control regulations, and submission requirements. -Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time. -Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. -1–4 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. -Detail-oriented and eager to learn within a collaborative environment. -B.Arch from a recognized university. -Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is beneficial. -Liaisoning knowledge with authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC, etc., will be considered an added advantage.
