Tasks

-Update all safety and maintenance records in group files. -Conduct regular stock checks and six-monthly stock takes. -Pick materials from pick lists and manage stock levels efficiently. -Order materials and request new stock items as required. -Support deliveries for site-based teams when required. -Carry out general maintenance duties at head office, including lawn mowing, litter picking, window cleaning, and minor repairs. -Process material returns, requisitions, orders, and receipts. -Wrap pallets and organize shipments for various product supply orders. -Conduct six-monthly inspections of branch harness equipment, ladders, and steps. -Complete fire alarm checks, emergency lighting tests, and legionella checks. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. -Perform monthly van checks and PAT testing for office and van equipment. -Arrange calibration for test instruments and perform online calibration of CAT locators.

Requirements
