Tasks
-Coordination and scheduling of onsite Material Testing -Responsible for providing onsite contract administration and inspection for residential subdivision projects -Observe, document and report project progress -Provide grade checks with use of survey equipment -Assist with quantity takeoffs for progress payments -Collect asbuilt information for use in preparing record drawings -Communicate with and direct Contractors

What You Bring
-Proven ability to learn and take direction -Valid driver’s license and vehicle required -Successful completion of 1st year Civil Technology or 1st year Civil Engineering as a minimum. -Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings would be an asset -Physically able to work on construction sites in all types of weather conditions
