-Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale mission critical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. -Oversee strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects. -Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. -Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and design teams to shape project scope and execution strategy. -Manage and mentor project teams including PMs, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors. -Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements. -Lead some of the most advanced and high-profile projects in the industry.

The RoleWe are recruiting for an exceptional Project Executive to lead major mission critical construction projects in the Cincinnati region. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing projects ranging from $100M to $550M, with full responsibility for client engagement, team leadership, and project execution. -Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive complex projects forward. -Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, MEP systems, and high-security environments. -Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. -Proven experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager on mission critical or large-scale commercial projects ($100M+). -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). -PMP, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.
