

Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with key business stakeholders.
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on warehouse KPIs and operational data.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure configurations align with business goals.
Identify and resolve functional issues and process gaps.
Prepare detailed SOPs, training materials, and functional guides.
Translate business needs into WMOS functional requirements and configuration specifications.
Develop functional documentation, test cases, and process flow maps.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to analyze, design, configure, and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations using the Manhattan WMOS platform.
Conduct end-user and super-user training sessions.
Support data migration, cutover planning, and hypercare post go-live.
Support configuration, data setup, system integration, and go-live readiness.
Stay current with new WMOS releases and features to drive continuous value.
You will bridge the gap between business operations and technical implementation — ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational efficiency and business value.
Lead workshops to gather functional and business requirements across warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor, and Yard).
Design and implement end-to-end solutions leveraging Manhattan WMOS functionality.
8–12 years of experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), with at least 5+ years in Manhattan WMOS (Functional role).
Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory control, receiving, picking, shipping, and labor management.
Excellent skills in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT coordination, and stakeholder management.

Exposure to integration with OMS, TMS, or ERP systems.

Ability to travel to client sites in Spartanburg, SC, or nearby locations as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end WMS implementations — from requirements through post-go-live support.
Prior experience in retail, ecommerce, 3PL, or consumer goods warehouse environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Experience in Manhattan Active WM is a plus.
